Dr. Alissa E. Harrison is a distinguished senior executive with over 30 years of expertise in technology, education, and organizational leadership. As the Founder and Executive Technology Consultant at Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC, she provides strategic guidance to higher education institutions, nonprofits, and emerging 8(a)/WOSB government contractors, focusing on IT governance, modernization, organizational transitions, and executive coaching.

- National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS): Directed technology transformation, managed data and AI initiatives, oversaw security, and led project, product, and services management.

A native of New Britain, Connecticut, Dr. Harrison has been a military spouse for over 33 years. She has three sons, one in private industry, one non-commissioned US Army and one officer in the US Marines.
